RETURNS

You must present your issue to us within 30 days after delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot process any refunds if 30 days have passed since you received your item.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

Faulty or damaged/broken upon arrival: We offer a full refund or replacement of the same item. We do not accept returns on damaged packaging.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.

Incorrect Item: For incorrect items delivered, we will offer a full refund or replacement of the same item on your receipt. For products with the wrong color, size, etc. We offer a refund or replacement. We cannot offer a refund if you mistakenly order the incorrect item.
