We offer worldwide shipping, allowing customers from around the globe to enjoy our curated selection of premium European fashion brands.

However, please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. We require a physical address for all deliveries.

• Certain brands or items may require additional processing time, with some orders shipping within 5 business days due to brand-specific requirements or peak seasons.
• In rare cases, delays may occur due to customs or other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees are calculated based on the shipping destination, the size and weight of your order, and the shipping method selected at checkout. You will see the total cost for shipping during the checkout process before placing your order.
• Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over $120.00 USD to the following regions:
  • Eligible European Countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom
  • Eligible North American Countries: United States, Canada, El Salvador
  • Eligible Asia & Oceania Countries: Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand
• For orders under $120, and all other countries, standard shipping fees apply and will be calculated at checkout.

4. Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times may vary based on your location and the shipping method you select at checkout. Below are estimated delivery times once your order has been processed and shipped:

• Europe: 2-7 days
• North America: 5-11 days
• Asia & Oceania: 4-10 days
• Middle East & Africa: 4-10 days

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors such as customs processing, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund. You must present your issue to us within 14 days after delivery. We are unable to accept any refund requests that are made beyond the 14-day period following the item's receipt.

We recommend that you inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.

General Returns

Please take note that all returned items must be in brand-new condition, with original tags and packaging. All items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.

You will be held responsible for all return shipping costs associated with items returned or exchanged for general returns.

Additionally, there is a 15% re-stocking fee from your refund total. This re-stocking fee applies to all general returns.

Returns for Damages & Issues

Incorrect item received: For incorrect items delivered, we will offer a full refund or replacement of the same item on your receipt. For products with the wrong color, size, etc. We offer a refund or replacement. We cannot offer a refund if you mistakenly order the incorrect item.

Item is damaged: We offer a full refund or replacement of the same item. Please note: We do not accept returns on damaged packaging.
