Shipping FAQ

All orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Orders will generally ship between 7 - 15 business days unless stated otherwise on the product page.

There may also be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems which are outside of our control. It depends what you purchased/where you live!

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

At the moment we offer shipping to: The United States.
Shipping cost is at a flat rate of 6.99.
We offer FREE shipping on Orders over $65 .
While some parcels can arrive early, some others may experience shipping delays, or you may live in a more isolated region from where we produce.

If you haven’t received your order after 45 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you ASAP!
We employ different specialized factories to produce different ranges of items or garments. As such, we ship from different locations depending on where the items are produced. Therefore, some items may be shipped separately.

By ordering multiple items from our site, you consent to receiving one or more packages.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. TIA Trends is not responsible for these charges if applied and are your responsibility as the customer. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday or occasional gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time.

We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.
Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes.

Returns & Refunds FAQ

We are unable to cancel and refund an order once it has shipped out. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel so we can check if we are able to!
You must present your issue to us within 30 days after delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot process any refunds if 30 days have passed since you received your item. You must return the item in order to get a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:
Faulty or damaged/broken upon arrival: We offer a full refund or replacement of the same item. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible. We do not accept returns on damaged packaging.

Incorrect Item: For incorrect items delivered, we will offer a full refund or replacement of the same item on your receipt. For products with the wrong color, size, etc. We offer a refund or replacement. We cannot offer a refund if you mistakenly order the incorrect item.
We do not offer exchanges but we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy. Once your refund gets accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
If you haven’t received your order after 45 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

• We cannot offer refunds to tracking numbers that display “delivered”.
• We cannot offer a refund if you enter the incorrect shipping address.
• All items returned must be in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories) with tags still attached.
• All items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.

• We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
• We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-TIA Trends products.

TIA Trends shall not accept any unreasonable disputes, including but not limited to:

• The buyer does not like it.
• Products smell unusual.
• The buyer ordered the wrong items.
• The shipping address was provided incorrectly.
• The tracking information was deleted by the logistics company or local post office.
1. To start a return, you can contact us at with your:

• Your Receipt or Proof of Purchase
• Order Number
• Tracking Number
• A picture of the item(s)
• The reason you would like it returned

Make sure all information is visible and clear.

2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing. We will provide you with the address to return the item.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

3. Drop off your package at the local post office.

4. Most returns are processed within 7 business days after we receive your package. After we receive your package, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

If we are re-sending you an item, we will provide you with the tracking number in a separate email.
